This page provide short information on how to build and install the HDG200 wifi driver on different linux platforms. Pre-built images can be found <a href="DemoHDG200" title="Demo images for HDG200">here</a>.

---+++ Build HDG200 R2 driver

In the following we assume that the target platform is imx6qsabresd (i.e. Freescale <a href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=RDIMX6SABREBRD" title="SABRE SD - SABRE Board for Smart Devices">MCIMX6Q-SDB</a>). To build for another platform, simply replace all instances of _imx6qsabresd_ to _your-platform_.

   1 Ensure linux kernel configs according to defconfig-hdg200-r2.cfg are set!<br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT">$ cd &lt;LINUX-SOURCE-TREE&gt;<br />$ cat defconfig-hdg200-r2.cfg &gt;&gt; .config<br />$ yes "" | make oldconfig &gt; /dev/null </span>
   1 Unpack<br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT"> $ tar -xvzf nrx900-1.0.6.tar.gz</span>
   1 Config<span class="WYSIWYG_TT"><br /> $ echo "COMPONENTS := wifi sdio" &gt; .../nrx900/driver/linux/platform/imx6qsabresd.mk<br /> $ echo "D+=NRX_CONFIG_SDIO_HS" &gt;&gt; .../nrx900/driver/linux/platform/imx6qsabresd.mk</span>
   1 Build<br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT">$ cd nrx900/driver/linux<br /> $ make PLATFORM=imx6qsabresd KERNEL_DIR=/path/to/kernel ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/path/to/prefix all<br /> $ make PLATFORM=imx6qsabresd KERNEL_DIR=/path/to/kernel ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=/path/to/prefix INSTALL_MOD_PATH=/path/to/rootfs modules_install</span>
