The following demo images can be used to try the HDG200 SDIO-card wifi.

---+++ Atmel AT91SAM9RL-EK

The demo images are built using Yocto, as described at the <a href="http://www.at91.com/linux4sam/bin/view/Linux4SAM/PokyBuild">Linux4SAM web site</a>. They include U-Boot, Linux kernel and a rootfs.<br /> The HDG200 driver is stored in the rootfs.<br /> The demo image should be stored in the nand flash.

*Store demo image in nand flash (from a Linux host)*
   1 Unpack<br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT">$ tar -xvzf demo-at91sam9rlek-hdg200-r2.tar.gz<br />$ cd demo-at91sama9rlek-hdg200-r2</span>
   1 Connect USB cable between PC and target (J21)
   1 Power off target
   1 Open jumpers J12 and J13
   1 Power on target
   1 Close jumpers J12 and J13
   1 Start sam-ba
   1 Execute sam-ba-nandflash.tcl
   1 Push RESET button to reboot
*Use demo image*
   1 Connect serial cable between PC and debug port on target
   1 Reboot (i.e. power-off + power-on)
   1 Login (user=root, pw=&lt;EMPTY&gt;)
   1 Insert HDG200 SDIO-card into target (J15)
   1 Connect to a wifi network (Default is to connect to an open wifi network. This can be changed in /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf)<br />#ifup wlan0

   1 Disonnect USB cable between PC and console port on target (J14/JTAG)
   1 Connect USB cable between PC and target (J20/USB-A)
   1 Press PB4/CS_BOOT
   1 Power off + Power on target
   1 Release PB4/CS_BOOT
   1 Start sam-ba
   1 Execute sam-ba-nandflash.tcl
   1 Push PB1/NRST button
*Use demo image*
   1 Disconnect USB cable between PC and target (J20/USB-A)
   1 Connect USB cable between PC and console port on target (J14/JTAG)
   1 Reboot (i.e. power-off + power-on)
   1 Login (user=root, pw=&lt;EMPTY&gt;)
   1 Insert HDG200 SDIO-card into target (J7/MCI0)
   1 Connect to a wifi network (Default is to connect to an open wifi network. This can be changed in /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf)<br />#ifup wlan0

---+++ Freescale MCIMX6Q-SDB

The demo image is built using Yocto, as described at the <a href="https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-1616">Freescale Community web site</a>. It includes U-Boot, Linux kernel and a rootfs.<br /> The HDG200 driver is stored in the rootfs.<br /> The demo image should be stored on a SD-card.

*Store demo image on a SD-card (from a Linux host)*
   1 Unpack<br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT">$ tar -xvzf demo-imx6qsabresd-hdg200-r2.tar.gz<br />$ cd demo-imx6qsabresd-hdg200-r2</span>
   1 Insert SD-card into PC
   1 Copy demo image to SD-card (here we assume the SD-card is found at /dev/sdb) <br /><span class="WYSIWYG_TT">$ umount /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdb2<br />$ sudo dd if=core-image-hdg200-imx6qsabresd.sdcard of=/dev/sdb</span>
   1 Remove SD-card from PC
*Use demo image*
   1 Insert SD-card with demo image into target (<a href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=RDIMX6SABREBRD" title="SABRE SD - SABRE Board for Smart Devices">MCIMX6Q-SDB</a>: J507/SD3)
   1 Connect a USB cable and start a terminal program (e.g. minicom). 115200 bps.
   1 Reboot (i.e. power-off + power-on)
   1 Login (user=root, pw=&lt;EMPTY&gt;)
   1 Insert HDG200 SDIO-card into target (<a href="http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=RDIMX6SABREBRD" title="SABRE SD - SABRE Board for Smart Devices">MCIMX6Q-SDB</a>: J500/SD2)
   1 Connect to a wifi network (Default is to connect to an open wifi network. This can be changed in /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf)<br />#ifup wlan0
